2. How long does shipping take?
Our products ship directly from our trusted international suppliers.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
We always work hard to get your glow products to you as quickly as possible!
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping on all orders
4. What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout.
5. I entered the wrong address — what should I do?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately at novaglowhq@gmail.com with the correct address.
Once an order is shipped, we can’t make changes — but we’ll always try to help find a solution.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
You can also track your order anytime using our “Track Order” page in the store menu.
7. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
No worries — we’ve got your back.
Just email novaglowhq@gmail.com with a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement or full refund.
